Process Pro Funding Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Process Pro Funding (processprofunding.com) is operated by Vinita, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its office at 9801 Westheimer Road, Suite 300, Houston, Texas 77042, USA ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information on our website and in our emails.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, time in business, monthly revenue range and the funding amount you are looking for.
- Business contact information. We collect business names, business email addresses and phone numbers that businesses publish on their own websites and in public business directories, so we can send business-to-business emails about funding options.
- Automatic information. Our servers record IP addresses, browser information and request times for security. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves at stats.reecenben.com. It does not use cookies, does not build profiles of individual visitors, and records page views, referring sites, browser, device type and approximate country without storing IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and send you to our funding partner.
- To send you information about business funding. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
- To secure our website and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand how our website is used, using aggregated analytics.
- To comply with law.
3. How we share information
- Our funding partner. When you click through to apply, you go to David Allen Capital's website, and any information you give there is collected by David Allen Capital under its own privacy policy. If you submit a form on our website and ask to be connected with our partner, we share the information in that form with David Allen Capital so it can contact you about funding. David Allen Capital may tell us whether a business we referred applied or was funded, so that it can pay our commission.
- Service providers that act on our instructions, such as our hosting providers and email providers.
- Legal recipients when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We give your form information to David Allen Capital only when you ask us to connect you, which is a disclosure you direct.
4. Retention
We keep form submissions and email contact records for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, and server logs for up to 90 days. We keep unsubscribe records permanently so we do not email you again.
5. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing info@vinitaco.com.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live, including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling. To make a request, email info@vinitaco.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line "Privacy appeal," and we will respond within 60 days.
- We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure.
7. Children
Our website is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom
Our website is meant for businesses in the United States, but if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Vinita, LLC is the controller of your personal information. We use it on these legal bases: to take steps you ask for before a contract or to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and website, which we balance against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. When we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK to the United States, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them, or another lawful transfer method. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email info@vinitaco.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work, or where you believe a problem happened. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
